Rain, Rain, Go Away

Nothing will keep this girl from going outside to play!!! Yesterday I told her she couldn't go outside because it was raining, so she went immediatly over to the closet and pulled out her jacket and boots and came back to me saying "Now I can go outside". How can I say no to that! She looked adorable in her rain gear!
